Room cleanliness needs major improvements!!! Poor sound insulation is a real concern!!! Management could benefit from clearer communication and better issue resolution practices!!!

very nice overall experience. fantastic and clean brand-new hotel. great location at walking distance from first presbyterian church. nice building and rooms for the microwave. a wide range of supplies in the room: a flat-screen tv with satellite channels, a microwave and a refrigerator. friendly service from the affable, excellent staff members. easy check-in, late check-out. the pool area was nice too.

Well-kept hotel in a favourable location to the Gulf Coast, the services were good. Enjoyed the room for the microwave, my bed was exceptionally comfortable. Everything was brand-new and met needs.

Unexpected Charges Ruined the Stay

The room was clean and spacious, but the communication issues marred an otherwise pleasant experience. Staff seemed friendly, a nice touch.

The hotel charged me 500 dollars for a cooking pot I never took. No one identified themselves during my calls, leaving me feeling frustrated and powerless.

Spacious kitchenette enhanced my stay.

I encountered several issues during my short stay. The aging hotel was noticeable with deteriorating facilities, and the office chair in my room was in terrible condition with visible stains and ripped foam. It, diminishing my overall experience.

Perfect for family stays

This place has a kitchenette in every room, a game changer for families. It allowed us to prepare meals and keep snacks on hand.

It wasn't exactly cheap, but considering the amenities, I thought it was still reasonable.

The kitchenette was a bright spot, always clean with new-looking utensils. Breakfast offered a range of homemade products, good. The room cleanliness was subpar. Hairs were found on bedding and furniture, and there were issues with a stuck bathroom door.

The room was spacious and clean, with a well-equipped kitchenette, made meal prep easy. The staff were great too ensure my comfort this trip even better than my last stay in hattiesburg.

The cleanliness of the room was excellent, and I especially appreciated the efficient Wi-Fi, which supported my work needs seamlessly. The staff was accommodating, assisting with my inquiries promptly and effectively.

This hotel suits me perfectly! Great amenities like free Wi-Fi, 24-hour reception, and a fitness center provide everything I need. On my first stay, the staff helped me with currency recommendations. I'm excited to return for Easter!

We enjoyed the spacious one-bedroom suite with a great kitchenette, especially with the kids running around. Breakfast had a nice variety, and the staff were super friendly and accommodating to our family needs.

My kids wished there were more activities for them to enjoy at the hotel.

If you're looking to feast, don't miss Front Porch Barbecue & Seafood just a hop away! Not only was the food a flavor bomb, but the spot also vibrated with that true Southern hospitality. Plus, the kitchenette in my room was a game-changer for mini-snacks and late-night munchies.

The hotel showed signs of aging, like the spaghetti strap struggle of the toilet paper holder. Just keep an eye out for those little things.

The room is well-designed and super spacious, and the bathroom is big with a bathtub 👌. the location is awesome, and there are excellent facilities here.
